We will treasure the locket forever - thank you!My dad passed away in August 2020 and I wanted to buy something special to keep him close. I found the perfect Welsh Dragon pendant and a lovely 'Past Present and Future' pendant for my wife for Christmas.2020 has been a very strange year for us all but it's also the year that we found Clogau. Very easy to order on line. Generally quick delivery however I did panic that I wasn't going to receive one order in time for Christmas but I did, I accepted this as a busy time & also the strange time in which we are now living due to Coŕonavirus. Would definitely use again. Recommend ??

Had a fault with my pendant but Clogau responded well with my issue and I got my replacement quickly.Remember to validate yourself warranty.Love the products from Clogau

Bought a ring for my mums Christmas present and it is gorgeous, exactly like the website photo and delivered on time in a lovely box. I would definitely purchase from Clogau again (maybe for me next time!)

I have purchased several items over the last 12 months, some personal, some as gifts. Each one beautifully made and worth every penny. I will definitely be coming back to Clogau.

My recent buy from Clogau mirrored the previous couple, which is a shame. Next day delivery took 10 days in the end. Efforts to contact customer service were ignored (email only). I didn't receive any information via email and when they did reply (11 days later), the only response was they could see the item had been delivered. No explanation for the delay or where next day delivery had gone. It's a shame as they used to be ok (let's forget the wallet that seeps glue onto all my cards and cash). My previous two buys with issues were pre-Covid so not a recent problem. As a result of the lack of apparent care, consider looking elsewhere.
